Welcome to the North San Diego/Temecula Valley Chapter of CREIA



Located between the ocean front city of San Diego and the fast pace of Orange County, are the lush rolling hills and natural splendor of North San Diego County and the Temecula Valley.

From our beautiful vineyards, avocado groves, golf resorts and casinos, to America’s largest state park, and historic towns dating back for more than a century, North San Diego/Temecula Valley remains the perfect setting for tremendous residential and business growth.

The chapter was formed to fill the needs of our local consumers. We provide on going education to home inspectors serving this region. With CREIA’s presence in the Valley, the consumer will benefit by having more standard type home inspections being performed and a pool of more technically educated inspectors from which to make their home inspector selection.
